Where is Minia Cyprus?

The Miniature Cyprus Museum is located in the village of Tatlısu in Famagusta district of Cyprus. Transportation to this village can be easily provided from both Kyrenia and Famagusta directions. When you continue east from Kyrenia, you can reach Tatlısu by passing Çatalköy and then Küçükerenköy. From Famagusta, after heading north towards Iskele, you need to pass Büyükkonuk near Kantara and then continue west again. Transportation to Miniature Cyprus is easier from the direction of Kyrenia. Therefore, we recommend that you include this museum in your list of places to visit in Kyrenia.

How to get to the Miniature Cyprus Museum?

To get to the museum you need to reach the village of Tatlısu in Famagusta. You can reach Tatlısu by following the eastern coastline from Kyrenia or by taking the Kyrenia road from Famagusta heading north and then west. To get to Kyrenia and Famagusta you have a few options. If you are coming from Nicosia, Kyrenia is a 45-minute drive on the highway. It takes approximately 1 hour to reach Famagusta from Nicosia. You can also enter Cyprus via Kyrenia Port or Nicosia Airport.

Minia Cyprus Visiting Hours and Entrance Fee

You can visit the museum every day of the week between 09:00 – 17:00. The entrance fee is 50 TL. There is also an authentic Cyprus café surrounded by lavender gardens within the museum area.
